ShootingLAB((3))Our strategically designed shooting system is a 6-week high intensity program designed to give athletes that lights-out stroke so they can MAKE more shots in actual games! The ShootingLAB is designed to help athletes of all ages optimize their shooting mechanics to get rapid results. Our ShootingLAB athletes have increased their shooting consistency, shooting percentage, shooting range, and developed a quicker release!
